1. Age & Community Safety Guidelines

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and participate in our matching network. To maintain an intentional environment for single professionals seeking serious relationships or marriage, all accounts go through automated community friction filters and moderation reviews before entering active weekly matching rounds.

2. Data Privacy & NDPA Compliance

In line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), we take your privacy and anonymity seriously:

• Your legal full name and direct contact numbers are kept strictly confidential and never displayed publicly.
• Your profile details are never shared with search engines, public indices, or third-party advertising networks.
• Your shared profile photos remain secure inside our encrypted system and are only presented to designated, verified matches during weekly matchmaking drops upon mutual agreement within our chat bridge.

3. Billing & Payment Terms

• One-time Access Fee (₦10,000): This is a one-time payment granting active access to our Friday matchmaking drops and anonymous WhatsApp partner interaction bridges. We do not practice automatic card renewals or unexpected recurring debits. You retain complete control to manual payment whenever you choose.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a banking network drop (where your account is debited but service activation is delayed), send your payment transaction reference directly in your WhatsApp conversation. Our system will immediately verify the transaction status with Paystack and activate your account.
• Refunds: Due to the real-time processing of matchmaking algorithms and digital delivery of interaction bridges, payments processed via our secure payment gateways are non-refundable once an active billing cycle has commenced.

4. Prohibited Behaviors & Account Termination

We maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy for abuse, financial solicitation, fake profiles, harassment, or explicit adult content transmissions inside our network bridges. Any user violating these terms will face immediate, permanent account suspension without prior notice or refund.
